When they're suckling on your nipple and they've finished so they clamp their gums together and toss their heads from side to side before pulling back, stretching the nipple out like a rubber band before it snaps out of their vicelike little mouths...that really hurts.

Oww! It gets worse when they have teeth and they do that! Argh!
That's a beautiful picture.
Our daughter does that, too... I am so dreading the day she gets her first teeth! Fortunately her twin brother just gives me a lopsided grin before he lets go ;-)
