What's this? Noone wants to make a comment about your pelvic floor exercises???

Here goes. If you don't do them you won't have a decent orgasm ever again. hehehe thought that would get your attention.

Best place to do those exercises. First thing in the morning, last thing at night. While you are in the car...at every red light. When you are watching TV...every time an ad comes on.

well, my theory is that so long as you continue to have lots of intense orgasms during pregnancy, you don't need to do your pelvic floor exercises. orgasms tone you up enough in my view...and they're so much more fun than the Kegels.

this is my rationalisation for having been very slack during my pregnancy. but lovers tell me i'm still tight, so....
