Yesterday I dieted.
I felt powerful.
I felt restrained.
I felt light and clean.
I felt virtuous and moral.
I felt in control of my body and my life.
I felt like Jennifer Anist0n and Angelina J0lie and Pr1ncess Mary.
I decided dieting was easy.
Today, I did not diet.

Sounds like me and my grog-free days.
I've heard about grog-free days...
And to be honest, I've had a few of late. Very good for feeling a lot better, physically. Good for our budget too.
I thought grog free days were illegal. Or un-Austrayan, at least.
I diet at least once a week whether I need to or not but boy, do I need to.
