I dimly recall that the second photo position is called the football hold.
In the first 12 weeks, you do spend nearly all your time sitting down to feed. I guess with twins that will be 99% of your time, unless you can get them feeding together all the time. You have to really relax into it - it seems like forever at the time, but of course, in retrospect, it's a flash.
Thank god LG has 12 weeks off over summer - uni holidays - I have no idea how people cope when their partners can only take 1-2 weeks.

3 days is truly ridiculous. How come you didn't collapse with postnatal depression?
Co-p had the first 3 wks off when baby was in hospital, so she had no time off when he came home. That did contribute to much of my difficulty then.
Have you got a breastfeeding pillow yet? Shaped like a boomerang. Essential item. A friend bought me one from Target, I think.
My sister is supposed to be making me a pillow (she's handy like that) but she's cutting it pretty fine...
